2. In the next few weeks, my husband and I are going on a trip to Colorado to do some hiking and bicycling and spend time with some of my dear friends. I'm thinking of putting together a blog about how to eat healthy during a road trip. Again, like many of my blogs, it's an excuse to make an organized list of resources and ideas. I found this website-http://www.wisebread.com/7-fresh-ideas-for-healthy-road-trip-snacks-that has some really unique ideas. One of them is to bring mason jars, fill them with water and put a teabag or two in them and put them and make sun tea while you're driving along in your car. Very inventive! And healthy and caffeinated and delicious! I plan on doing this from now on and I can't believe I've never thought of it before.
3. Meme of the week:
4. Eufora hair products. Holy. Moly. Do you want your hair to smell more amazing than it's ever smelled? Feel the best it's ever felt? Be the most manageable it's ever been? FIND A SALON THAT SELLS EUFORA AND BUY AN ENTIRE STYLING LINE. One of my best friends sells it at her salon and was giving me a brief education in the product line. There are no parabens, everything is natural, it's not outrageously priced. Check it out online. http://www.eufora.net/index2.htm I'm going this week to the salon supply house to buy some. Of everything they sell. 5. This website: http://www.modelmydiet.com/. You go, enter your height, weight, some other physical features if you want and it makes an avatar of what you (roughly) look like right now and then you enter your desired weight and it makes an avatar of what you will look like when you reach your goal weight. It is VERY inspiring and I spent way too much time on it.
And one thing that I (surprisingly) do not like is.... COCONUT WATER. GAG ME WITH A SPOON. Seriously. Being a newly reformed clean eater, I thought I'd love this water. It's huge with health-concious celebrities-let's face it, they usually have a heads-up as far as what to eat to keep them glowing-and everything I've read basically says it's nothing short of a miracle exlixir. But honestly, it's like someone took a pistachio flavoring and added it to my water. Then went ahead and thickened it so it's like drinking a pistachio-flavored syrup. Eeeeesh. I wish I could like it. Too weird for me. Way too weird. Maybe I'll try it again, but for now, I'm going to toss that 99 cents I spent on it right down the drain.
